Horse Hill

The Horse Hill Area Structure Plan (ASP) has received preliminary approval by City Council. After a two-day Public Hearing, Council voted in favour of the Horse Hill ASP. Ten Councillors voted in favour of approving it, and three voted against.

Edmonton’s Northeast is growing and it needs a plan. Over the past two years many groups have met to discuss and have input into how the area will grow. The Horse Hill ASP is a result of this community collaboration. The Horse Hill ASP balances interests and guides growth for everyone’s benefit.
